The Khula Foundation was established to empower the next generation of AI and automation leaders in Eswatini.

 

The foundation’s mission is to equip Eswatini’s youth with future-ready skills, bridging the divide between academic learning and real-world application. Through educational programs, scholarships, innovation labs, and community partnerships, the Khula Foundation aims to cultivate a pipeline of homegrown innovators, engineers, and thinkers who will shape Eswatini’s digital economy and drive inclusive growth across Africa.

We will then match them with potential employers across Eswatini and the region — including onboarding some into Khula Technologies to localize and strengthen our talent pipeline.
