The Khula Foundation was established to empower the next generation of AI and automation leaders in Eswatini.

 

The foundation’s mission is to equip Eswatini’s youth with future-ready skills, bridging the divide between academic learning and real-world application. Through educational programs, scholarships, innovation labs, and community partnerships, the Khula Foundation aims to cultivate a pipeline of homegrown innovators, engineers, and thinkers who will shape Eswatini’s digital economy and drive inclusive growth across Africa.

University Partnerships & Graduate Readiness

 

Collaborating with the University of Eswatini (UNESWA) to identify high-potential graduates in fields like data science, data engineering, and computer science. Through our graduate program, we will skill and mentor these graduates, preparing them to be corporate-ready. We will then match them with potential employers across Eswatini and the region — including onboarding some into Khula Technologies to localize and strengthen our talent pipeline.
