Through strategic partnerships with the University of Eswatini (UNESWA) and other higher learning institutions, the Khula Foundation identifies exceptional graduates in disciplines such as Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Information Systems.

Our Graduate Readiness Programme bridges the gap between academic achievement and industry expectations.

Participants receive hands on training, mentorship from industry professionals, exposure to real business projects, and internationally relevant technical skills in AI and intelligent automation.
